Southwest Airlines wanted to connect with Hispanic travelers in a more human way during summer. We tapped into a modern tension: technology helps us stay in touch, but can’t replace being there. By dramatizing the awkward gap between digital connection and real presence, we gave people a more emotional reason to fly.
